A little more about your role…

You will be:

• Training/mentoring of junior staff members.
• Providing support and guidance to junior staff members.
• Organising and managing own workloads.
• Customer facing.
• Undertaking site visits.
• Conducting project delivery from start to finish – Initial client calls, Fee and Proposal Development, Appointment Letter Development, Delivering Work, Project Management of work, Client queries, Invoicing, Chasing Debt.
• Business Development – Forming positive and ongoing relationships with clients, recognising potential opportunities for other teams, proposal development.
• Providing assistance to wider WSP teams.
• Individual Project Level Finances – Time and budget management, financial forecasting.
• Contractual compliance / project reviews / risk reviews.
• Acting as Project Manager for own jobs (level to be assessed on a job by job basis) plus wider collaborative WSP reports on occasion.
• Managing the approval process for individual projects / work orders (level to be assessed on a job by job basis).
• Interpreting technical information into clear communication for a broad range of audiences.

What we will be looking for you to demonstrate…

• Knowledge of PPP/PFI sector with prior experience in several of the following areas – Benchmarking/Market Testing, Payment Mechanisms, Lender’s Technical Advisor role, SPV Management, FM Procurements, Helpdesk Reviews, PFI/PPP Contract Management, FM Strategic Reviews.
• Degree/Master’s Degree or equivalent in FM or related technical subject.
• Previous Facilities Management consulting experience.
• Previous Facilities Management contract management experience.
