What you’ll be doing...

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our Enterprise Architecture organization, supporting the Technology Strategy team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing research as a service, helping our Technology and Business Consultants stay informed on the latest industry trends and best practices. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Conducting research to identify and evaluate emerging industry trends, innovative operating models, cutting-edge tools, and industry best practices in the technology landscape.

• Creating clear, concise reports and engaging presentations summarizing research findings and highlighting key takeaways for the strategy team.

• Developing actionable insights and recommendations based on collected data to support strategic decision-making.

• Performing preliminary market research on specific technology areas and sharing relevant insights with the Technology Strategy team.

• Continuously staying up to date on broader market trends, consumer and product research, and evolving industry best practices.

• Supporting the cultivation of strategic connections with industry peers by assisting with outreach and engagement under the guidance of senior team members.

• Assisting in the comparison of our organization's processes and capabilities against industry leaders to help identify our current maturity state and potential opportunities for innovation and transformation.

• Supporting the Technology and Business Consultants with data gathering, analysis, and the preparation of consulting deliverables.

• Maintaining organized research databases and knowledge repositories to ensure easy access to information.

• Contributing to team discussions and sharing research findings to enhance the overall knowledge base of the Technology Strategy function.

What we’re looking for...

You are a curious and analytical individual with a passion for technology and a knack for gathering and synthesizing information. You are detail-oriented, possess strong research skills, and are eager to learn and contribute to strategic initiatives. You are a team player with good communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree or two or more years of experience.

• Demonstrated experience in research, program management, analyzing technology trends and their business implications.

• Excellent research and information gathering skills, including the ability to effectively utilize online databases, industry publications, and other resources.

• Solid analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate information and identify key insights.

• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise written reports and presentations.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and contribute to discussions.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage research data effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Master’s degree in Business administration

• Experience presenting compelling business cases, business performance results, and recommendations

• Project management professional certification
