Verizon's Global Cybersecurity Solutions group is a leading provider of advanced cybersecurity services, safeguarding organizations against evolving digital threats. We are seeking an Associate Director who will spearhead the Forensics, Threat Intelligence and Incident Response practice area for EMEA. This pivotal role involves leading a team of elite cybersecurity consultants, overseeing a substantial revenue stream and driving strategic growth within the practice.
As a thought leader, it is imperative for you to remain abreast of advancements in technology and evolving market trends, particularly those pertaining to Data security and privacy, Artificial Intelligence, Zero Trust, and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Cyber resilience and risk quantification as well as market regulatory needs and compliance . Ability to understand their ramifications for cybersecurity strategies. Additionally, the capacity to deliver presentations at industry events and or executive roundtables and to conduct substantive discussions on these subjects with senior executive clientele is crucial for this role.
Responsibilities
Leading and mentoring a team of highly skilled cybersecurity consultants, ensuring successful delivery of client engagements
Entrusted with managing and expanding a significant revenue portfolio, while developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance service offerings and market presence.
Provide expert guidance and thought leadership to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Managing workstreams on multiple client and internal projects and delegating activities to team members.
Supporting the growth of our practice on recruitment initiatives including resume reviews, candidate testing, and interviewing.Oversee workstreams across several client and internal projects, delegating tasks to team members.
Support practice expansion by participating in recruitment, encompassing resume review, candidate evaluation, and conducting interviews.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including other Cybersecurity practices, sales and field marketing, to drive positive business outcomes for Verizon
Collaborate with the enablement team to build programs that enhance the field’s knowledge of Cyber operations, legacy competitors, evolving threats, regulations, and relevant case studies. Work with the enablement team to develop programs that improve the field's understanding of cyber operations, evolving threats,relevant case studies, and regulations
Ability to manage business and P&L of the Verizon threat and advisory practice for EMEA.
You’ll Need to have:
Experience working as a Cyber Security executive at a leading Cyber Security company and or consulting firm
Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of 7 to 10 Cybersecurity consultants
Financial acumen and managing substantial revenue portfolios
Establish a strong industry presence by presenting at conferences, authoring white papers, and sharing thought leadership.
Proven ability to identify and win new consulting engagements as well as has a track record of successfully expanding advisory footprint for new and existing clients.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with executive clients, including CISOs, IT leaders, and other business leaders.
Spearhead the creation of innovative Cyber events for Verizon to establish our industry presence and promote brand recognition
Demonstrated ability to drive technical and business change, with a deep understanding of how organizations make cybersecurity decisions and the ability to influence those decisions.
Experienced in leading teams on intricate investigative and advisory projects spanning financial crime, data governance, and related areas. Proven skills in managing and executing projects within the financial crime domain, encompassing fraud, bribery, corruption, sanctions, money laundering, data governance, privacy, market abuse, and insider trading.
Commitment to obtaining outstanding results, delivering high-quality work with a client-centric mindset.
Develop, write, and contribute to client proposals, articulating our methodologies and the advantages of leveraging data and technology in forensics and threat intelligence.
Proactively is informed of cyber security trends and is able to develop new service offerings to meet industry demands.
Experience in delivering proactive services to include table top exercises, executive breach exercises, purple team exercises, cloud forensics training, incident response training, etc.
