What you’ll be doing...
There has never been a more exciting time to join the Digital Mobile Sales team, as we shape the future of Verizon's digital sales strategy. As a member of this team, you will be at the forefront of transforming our digital ecosystem via the design & implementation of critical growth strategies & programs directly impacting the success of the business. Your work will be key to increasing revenue, reducing cost, enabling impactful personalization, and enhancing the digital experience for both new & existing customers.
The Experience Management Sr. Manager role in Mobile sales, with a focus on plans and promotions, will be responsible for driving key enhancements and preparing executive readouts to include results and actionable insights. You will ensure tight linkage across cross-functional teams and business owners to define and drive sales initiatives.
This role will serve as a Product Manager driving cross-functional digital sales. You will have oversight to the full portfolio of work for Digital Sales and can help guide decisions on prioritization and ensure the work is aligned to business objectives. The ideal candidate will join the team on our Agile transformation journey and ensure best practices are followed. Also, this person will need to build strong partnerships with our information technology partners to drive transformational solutions and quickly mitigate issues and risks. You will ensure highly effective and mutually-rewarding customer and stakeholder relationships, and effectively communicate project and/or issue status to Verizon key stakeholders and executives.
Driving digital sales growth by converting prospects into customers and gaining new sales from existing customers through various programs, products and services.
Ensuring tight linkage across cross-functional teams and business owners to define sales initiatives in partnership with the optimization of our funnel and the use of promotions and offers.
Leading top-tier launches for the Digital Sales teams.
Ensuring highly effective and mutually-rewarding customer and stakeholder relationships.
Communicating project and/or issue status to Verizon key stakeholders and executives.
What we're looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
Knowledge of digital technologies, products and services and the overall digital ecosystem.
Experience creating and executing effective programs to grow sales, traffic and/or engagement.
Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong data analytics and quantitative skills in financial and assessment of monetization models.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the creation/delivery of succinct presentations to communicate vision and concepts/opportunities to all levels of the organization.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
An MBA or Advanced degree in Digital Marketing and Media.
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification.
Digital experience, digital marketing and digital product management either in a business, agency or consulting organization.
Working knowledge of design thinking and process engineering.
Ability to define digital trends across industries and apply those impacts.
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and directing the work of others in a matrixed environment.

For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances.If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $134,000.00 and $248,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
