What you’ll be doing...
You will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Middleware solutions. Collaboration with functional team members and lead developments independently. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Middleware skills such as PI/PO, CPI applications. Must have experience in integration with supplier systems with EDI's. Consultant must be in a position to expand their skills in areas such as SAP IS-Retail, e-Commerce portals and POS systems. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development.

• Working independently in the design, development, testing and Middleware systems

• Migration skills to migrate SAP PO to BTP Integration Suite

• Must have skills in BTP IS components such as Open Connectors, APIM, API Hub, Event Mesh, and Integration Advisor

• Should have strong PI/PO, and CPI(BTP Integration Suite) experience

• Participating the design calls and be in a position to estimate the LOE for PCR’s and User Stories

• Collaborating with product team members to understand business requirements and provide technical support.

• Collaborating with senior team members to understand business requirements and provide technical support.

• Must have skills in PI/PO mapping techniques such as Graphical, Java and XSLT Mappings

• Must have experience with CPI palette steps to build custom IFLows in CPI

• Participating in code reviews and adhering to coding standards and best practices.

• Participating in DR exercises, system upgrades, and migrations

• Assisting in the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to middleware systems

• Supporting the creation and maintenance of technical documentation

• Assisting in performance tuning and optimization of existing interfaces if require re-design

• Staying up to date with the latest developments and advancements in SAP middleware technology.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate integration solutions with other systems and modules.

• Knowledge in User Defined Functions groovy ts in CPI

• Supporting the creation and maintenance of technical documentation based on Seniors inputs

• Assisting in performance tuning and optimization of Middleware interfaces

• Open to learn any new skills within MW or anything within SAP technologies

What we’re looking for...
You are self-driven with experience in design and implementation of complex and distributed systems, particularly in building high-performance interfaces. You have a passion for seeking engineering excellence and adopting new technologies. You are not afraid to drive for success by working with multi-functional teams.
You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of experience.

• Four or more years of relevant work experience.

• Must have skills in SAP PI/PO and CPI expert level

• Knowledge of software lifecycle managements such as Agile, and SAP ASAP

• Knowledge in OData/SOAP/HTTP/RESTful APIs

• Knowledge in EDI integrations (EDIFACT, and ANSI X12)

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• SAP certification in MW sector

• Knowledge in Java and Groovy skills to implement any custom requirements as part of interface development

• Java development background

• Migration skills from PI/PO to CPI/Integration Suited

• Knowledge on OData, SOAP, and REST API's

• Knowledge on Integration Suite components

• Assisting in the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to CPI-DS, and SDI development.
