What you’ll be doing...
Analyze software system architecture and application design to improve system performance, scalability and stability. Collaborate with project teams to coordinate software development life cycle (SDLC) activities and execution using Agile, and Iterative development. Evaluate DevOps, and IT release procedures to improve development and release processes. Manage software defects triage, root cause analysis, validation and resolution. Direct software testing teams to develop testing and validation procedures. Manage product launches. Develop processes utilizing customer experience tools, JIRA, Atlassian JIRA, Atlassian Confluence, and people management. Collaborate with product owners, project managers, architects, developers, UX/UI, security and legal teams to identify solutions for problems and define opportunities. Analyze IT and business processes to identify areas for optimization, monitoring, automation and standardization. Work with cross functional teams to build and implement future state process. Establish and implement data quality standards. Collaborate with data warehouse and analytics teams to automate reporting, and build KPIs scorecards. Analyze data using quantitative methods to derive insights and create data visualizations using Tableau and Excel for leadership and stakeholder decisions. Manage and train team members, programmers, and testers. Analyze data using Tableau, SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
What we’re looking for...
Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management or a related field, and 2 years of experience in the job offered or as a Software Developer, Data Analyst, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 2 years working on IT systems architecture, software development lifecycle, and data warehousing; conducting IT operations management, product management, software defect management, and software project and release management using Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban; analyzing data using Tableau, SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets; working on KPI reporting and scorecards; developing processes utilizing customer experience tools, JIRA, Atlassian JIRA, Atlassian Confluence, and people management; working on Cloud-based data software such as Microsoft SharePoint, Google Drive, Slack, Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Power Point, Visio, and Project; utilizing collaboration tools such as BlueJeans, and Webex. Hybrid role, ability to work from home.

RATE OF PAY: $137,686.00 to $236,000.00 per year

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.Scheduled Weekly Hours
