Position Summary
This position will identify, initiate and maintain relationships with manufacturers within a specified territory in Illinois, assess their challenges and opportunities, and sell IMEC's continuous improvement consulting and training solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in manufacturing, engineering, technology, consulting and/or business management required. A minimum of three years manufacturing experience in a leadership position.
Proven ability to lead companies down a path of continuous improvement, with the demonstrated capacity to diagnose company needs and effectively communicate value to all levels of the company, from production personnel to top management.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree preferred.
Advanced experience in manufacturing sales, consultative sales and/or business-to-business sales preferred.
