Description:
Performs administrative duties and provides faculty support relevant to the administration of the Nurse Anesthesia Program. Reports directly to the Director of the Nurse Anesthesia Program with dotted line report to Director, Recruitment & Enrollment Strategy.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications Required:
1. Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two years of administrative and clerical experience.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and use of Excel for tracking data to monitor program outcomes. Aptitude for learning new software programs and systems.
- Knowledge of Typhon student clinical tracking platform, FileMaker, Qualtrics survey software, SLATE student recruitment software
- Knowledge of general office practices and procedures.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Ability to work effectively with staff, the public, and outside constituency groups.
- Ability to organize and multi-task.
- Ability to supervise and knowledge of administrative concepts and methods.
- Ability to utilize various computer software packages.
- Ability to work independently and exercise judgment to be able to analyze and investigate a variety of questions or problems
- services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards
