Position Summary
The Department of Medicine and the Division of Cardiology at the University of Illinois, College of Medicine (Chicago) are seeking an eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist Faculty at the rank of Assistant Professor (CT).

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ideal candidates must have completed an ACGME-accredited cardiology fellowship program and hold board-certification (or be board-eligible) in cardiology. A focus on clinical echocardiography is required and experience providing echocardiographic imaging support for an interventional structural heart program is desirable. Clinical responsibilities include supporting the echocardiography laboratory, the inpatient cardiology and consultation services, the ambulatory clinic. As an academic faculty member, resident and fellow education is an integral component of the position. The individual should have the clinical, scholarly, educational, and personal skills to contribute to an active academic division.
