• Manages large docket of cases and projects for the Clinic and for the Clinic Director.
• Supports student attorneys by preparing and organizing filings, producing briefing books, and all deliverables related to advocacy.
• Researches and analyzes federal and local policy initiatives to make recommendations to Clinic Director for student projects and Clinic advocacy.
• Accompanies student attorneys to meetings, court appearances, and briefings.
• Drafts, publishes, and distributes reports to funders and stakeholders.
• Maintains records to support faculty assessment and evaluation of student performance.
• Researches and analyzes relevant cases/statutes, court decisions, legal articles, and other scholarship related to the Clinic’s work.
• Researches and analyzes emerging changes in the bar examination and creates reports and recommendations for the Clinic Director to consider in curricular adjustments.
• Creates exit surveys and ensure student attorneys complete surveys. Compiles data regarding survey responses to analyze clinic’s effectiveness.
• Tracks student employment upon graduation and maintains contact and employment information for all graduating students. Analyzes the data.
• Drafts documents related to Clinic matters to publicize the Clinic’s work.
• Coordinates with Communications to update and maintain Clinic website.
• Develops systems to ensure that Clinic students comply with all ethical and case management responsibilities related to the representation of clients.
• Supports the Associate Dean for Clinical Programs by producing materials to raise funds to support Clinic.

Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization. Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

• An undergraduate degree in social sciences preferred.
• JD degree preferred.
• Practice and supervisory experience in health or housing conditions cases and issues.
• Strong administrative, academic, IT, writing, and research skills. Experience with communications and social media is preferred.
• Enjoys interacting with & helping students.
• Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and similar operating systems.
• Attentive to details.
• Ability to be agile, skilled in prioritizing multiple assignments, and the ability to apply project management skills in order to meet deadlines.
• Ability to interact with faculty, students, and staff in a team environment.
