This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities including finance, human resources, IT, facilities management, instructional facilities, and student services. The successful candidate will also engage in strategic planning, oversee multidisciplinary departmental activities, and ensure the seamless operation of the Lab in alignment with its strategic goals. Reporting to the Director of the GW Competition & Innovation Lab within GW Institute of Public Policy, the key responsibilities include: Operational Management:

Minimum Qualifications: | Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization plus 2 years of relevant professional experience, or, a Master’s degree or higher in a relevant area of study. Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. |

Preferred Qualifications: | The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to manage the Lab’s planning and administration, guided by the strategic direction set by the Lab’s leadership. They will possess excellent organizational, communication, and fundraising skills, along with a proactive approach to managing internal activities and stakeholder relationships. |
Hiring Range | $57,553.66 - $79,165.63 |
