Job Description Summary: | The Department of Prevention and Community Health in the Milken Institute School of Public Health at George Washington University is recruiting a Senior Research Assistant to play a key role in research related to health equity. This person will work within Dr. Dangerfield’s Prevention Research and Innovations In Sexual Epidemiology (PRIISE) lab and be critical in the execution of several research studies in various phases of development. This lab focuses on HIV/STI prevention with particular emphasis on populations disproportionately affected by health disparities. The core responsibilities of this position are as follows:

Minimum Qualifications: | Qualified candidates will hold a BA/BS and 1 year of experience in a related discipline. Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position. |

Preferred Qualifications: | A strong preference for candidates who have previous experience in fieldwork, certifications as a Disease Intervention Specialist (DIS), or public health intervention strategies. |
Hiring Range | $17.75 - $24.43 |
