Job Description Summary: | The Office of Sustainability within the University Resilience team at the George Washington University works with the GW community to build a greener campus, offer more sustainable dining options, and improve the social and environmental impact of the business practices of the university. Reporting to the Director, Office of Sustainability, the Sustainability Associate over sees and leads projects and systems that contribute to a healthy and thriving campus for the Office of Sustainability. Along with the Director and other sustainability employees, this position works closely with partners across the university and in the community. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Minimum Qualifications: | Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization plus 2 years of relevant professional experience, or, a Master’s degree or higher in a relevant area of study. Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. |
