I. DEPARTMENT INFORMATION
Job Description Summary:
-Help organize and coordinate training and performance resources
-Manage data in the learning management system
-Assist with basic event coordination and event setup/cleanup
-Help organize physical and digital assets related to training, communication, and events
-Performs other related duties as assigned. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position.
Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:
-Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel experience
especially)
-Familiarity with an LMS, TMS, or other human resource
management system
-Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat
-Some experience with event or training coordination
-Excellent organization and communication skills
