The Senior Trade Analyst is responsible for the daily management of Regeneron's relationship with our membership management application within Model N. It will be this Analyst's responsibility to increase utilization, daily maintenance, and efficiencies within the application. The Senior Analyst will also have responsibility for the oversight of 4 key GPO partners and ensure that the operational components of those contracts and any new contracts continue to be successful and are being contractually compliant. This would include membership management, rebate and admin reconciliation, credits/rebills, and development of reporting to support our GPO account team’s success in managing those relationships and contracts. As the Senior Analyst, the Trade Contracts organization will rely on this individual to develop/maintain all new hire training materials as it pertains to their role. This will include all on-boarding activities of any new hires. The Senior Analyst will also be a key contributor to all audit-related activities pertaining to the brand.

A typical day might include the following:

  • Effective communicator with the ability to work directly with internal and external customers and vendors (specialty distributors, 3PL, GPOs, HCPs) to ensure that accurate pricing and discounts are being extended and to provide resolution of customer issues in a timely manner.

  • Active participant in Key GPO meetings.

  • Support account managers in the development and delivery of Quarterly Business Results and trending reports.

  • Monitor contract requirements within our 3PL to ensure customer and REGN remain in compliance with contract terms and conditions as well as any government regulations.

  • Maintain contract parameters in partnership with our external membership management application (Model N), including customer membership/affiliations, products, prices, performance tiers, date ranges, and incentive percentages. Communicate changes in pricing program activities to customers and vendors.

  • SME for all internal audit requests that pertain to active GPO contracts.

  • Ensure accurate calculations and timely payments of Rebates and Admin fees outlined in GPO contracts.

  • Effectively resolve all claims in an accurate and timely manner. Proactively review, analyze, and establish claim processing standard operating procedures as needed to ensure claims are processed according to company policies and contractual obligations.

This role might be for you if:

  • Develop reports and analysis to support metric tracking statistics to departmental management as requested to advise as to the status, volume, and potential accrual needs of future rebate, fee, and other payments.

  • Determine COT for any customer wishing to access Regeneron contract or pricing programs.

  • Produce departmental materials to document work activity and processes.

  • Develop and maintain appropriate policies and procedures related to pricing strategies.

To be considered, we are looking for a bachelors degree and 5 years of experience. We also expect you to be onsite in our Sleepy Hallow office a 4 days a week.

Salary Range (annually)

$82,600.00 - $134,800.00
