We are thrilled to invite applications for the role of Director, Oncology Market Access Lead, focusing on our oncology assets, across international (ex-US) markets. As a key leader, you will develop and implement strategies to secure and maintain optimal pricing and reimbursement, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive success. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape market access strategies and make a significant impact on patient outcomes.
A Typical Day:
- Lead market access projects supporting Oncology launches.
- Analyse market access trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategy.
- Deliver strategic recommendations for payer strategy and reimbursement.
- Support affiliates in preparing reimbursement dossiers and managing negotiations.
- Ensure timely cross-functional input on payer requests during reimbursement processes.
- Provide feedback to global teams to align pricing strategies with market needs.
- Develop and maintain reimbursement tracking tools.
- Manage project budgets and vendor relationships effectively.
This Role May Be For You If you:
- Have a minimum of 10 years in Market Access with at least 7 years in Oncology.
- Possess a deep understanding of key country payer systems.
- Excel in building productive relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrate initiative and critical thinking in complex environments.
- Have strong project management skills and can prioritise effectively.
- Have experience leading matrix teams and launching products in market access roles.
To Be Considered:
Applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 10 years of in-country market access experience, with at least 7 years in oncology. Experience in product launch and a strong understanding of key country payer systems are essential. Some international travel (<25%) will be required.
