Associate Director, Corporate Communications

This role will support therapeutic area communications for Oncology and Haematology, including marketed products and pipeline assets. Working in close collaboration with the Corporate Affairs team, the Associate Director will shape the Company’s external-facing Oncology presence and reputation in key markets across Europe and Canada. They will establish relationships with Oncology leadership and cross-functional teams in order to develop and execute local communication strategies that reflect Global Oncology and Haematology priorities and business objectives.

- Have experience in science-driven communications, regulatory landscapes, and stakeholder engagement across multiple geographies.
- Can develop and execute country-specific communication strategies.
- Manage agency partners and budgets, and leverage digital strategies while ensuring compliance.
- Are proactive in identifying communication challenges and staying informed on industry trends.
A typical day may include:
- Working with cross-functional teams on disease awareness and pipeline communication strategies.
- Leading external communications for product launches, medical congresses, and regulatory milestones.
- Managing media engagement, training spokespeople, and ensuring message alignment between global and local teams.
To be considered for this opportunity:
You will have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience, including 8+ years in product or pipeline communications. Fluency in English and one of the following languages is required: Italian, Spanish, French, or German. The role requires onsite presence at least 3 days a week in Dublin, Munich, or Milan, with international travel (15-20%) primarily within Europe and to the U.S.
