Provide Service Delivery Management support for Patch process development, enhancements and reporting, and Cyber Immune risk mitigation (TVM phase 2 activities) deliverables for GEO-IT Services. Below are the focus areas to improve patch compliance and eliminate identified cyber immune gaps.

  • Patch compliance and operational oversight. Driving TSM compliance on server patch deployment. Manual reboot of servers when necessary.
  • Timely delivery of monthly patch metrics as data is required to be collected and analyzed from multiple sources (endpoint, on-prem and cloud server teams), IOPS and R&pD-IT.
  • Continuous improvement and evolution of the enterprise Patch Management SOP. Inclusion of IOPS GxP (non-automation) monthly OS patching
    • Inclusion of all operating systems patching is being incorporated into the monthly patch process. Identification of EOL operating systems and coordination with operations teams to ensure that extended agreements are in place or proper Risk Issues submitted for review with appropriate exception approvals
      • Windows
      • Linux
    • Identification and management of non-supported operating systems (e.g., Ubuntu) – work with Infosec on providing guidance on how best to manage these non-standard operating systems.
      • Why the business is using these non-standard operating systems.
      • How to manage the operating systems that are currently being used – inclusion into the monthly patch SOP and how do we support operationally.
  • Ongoing data integrity management ensuring that critical CMDB categories are maintained by the Business Unit TSM’s to support operational patching: Patch Category, GxP status, accurate TSM identification, BU, Deploy/Reboot, etc. are accurate and align with patching SOP.
  • Maintaining the server patching automation (RPA BOT continuous improvements) to incorporate data feeds from newly implemented tools. As new tools are introduced, Data feeds need to be maintained to ensure the RPA BOT remains operational for use by the business (maintaining a level of Self-help for the Business Unit TSM’s)
  • Drive alignment on patch management processes encompassing on-prem and cloud environments to cover windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Operational data analysis SME: Support Cyber Immune data collection related to Elevated privileged account management and password reset initiatives.
  • Additional data analysis as required.

$110,900.00 - $181,100.00
