Minimum Qualifications Licensed and currently registered by New York State as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
Continued employment as a Licensed Master Social Worker is dependent upon current licensure and registration by New York State as a Licensed Master Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Loss of licensure or registration may result in removal from employment.

Duties Description
• Monitor and track all certified state and voluntary-operated residential opportunities including relocations to the region.
• Complete intake process for new housing referrals
• Maintain data entry to the CRO database and tracking referral and placement activity
• Active participant on the Regional Certified Residential Opportunities (CRO) Team and the Access to Residential Opportunities Committee (AROC).
• Maintain oversight for all residential referral and screening activities for the Regional Office Housing Team in accordance with the OPWDD Statewide Prioritization Criteria.
• Assist in tracking and facilitation of Director-to-Director Requests for individual relocations.
• Maintain and monitor residential due process notifications.
• Compile and generate requested reports for Central Office, DDRO and unit as required.
• Assist in all requested unit initiatives and special projects including participation in associated interdepartmental, regional and statewide workgroups/committees, as assigned.



Selection Criteria:
• Possess excellent and professional communication, public speaking, writing and organizational skills.
• Ability to initiate and maintain working relationships with individuals served, families, advocates, community representatives, voluntary providers, DDRO and DDSOO agency staff.
• Computer knowledge and ability to maintain databases and monitoring systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team as required
• Possess acceptable time and attendance work record.
• Ability to participate in requested functions and activities during evening hours and weekends as requested.
