This is the time for action – we need to move at pace and reform our energy system – to deliver energy security, tackle climate change and protect our people.
As we develop the projects that will make the energy transition happen, we’re looking for a versatile Senior Infrastructure Strategy Analyst to join the Infrastructure Strategy team within National Grid’s Strategic Infrastructure business unit.

Within this team, the Senior Infrastructure Strategy Analyst is a key role that will see you working on a wide variety of important tasks to help shape the key strategic decisions and processes that underpin how our future investment portfolio is identified and developed.
If you want to help answer BIG questions, influence senior decision-making, enhance our external engagement and have an outsized impact on making the energy transition happen in the UK, then this is the role for you.
You’ll be welcomed into a positive, inclusive organisation that aims to become one of the most diverse, equitable and inclusive companies of the 21st century.
“There is a real sense of excitement and clarity of purpose as we move towards Net Zero. We’re using this to transform the way we’ve always done things to make the energy transition happen!” Joseph Northwood, Director of Portfolio Strategy & Development
