As a Residential Property Admin Team Lead / Assistant Manager at JLL, you will partner with the SRP Operations Manager to lead our high-performing local team at a key client location. This leadership position involves orchestrating comprehensive residential property services while ensuring regulatory compliance, service excellence, and operational efficiency.
You'll guide your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the property lifecycle while building strong stakeholder relationships and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers the perfect balance of operational leadership, customer service excellence, and strategic property management.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Service Delivery
- Lead the local residential property services team to deliver high-quality standards
- Assist the SRP Operations Manager in establishing and maintaining robust follow-up systems
- Guide team members in the proper administration of inventories and SRP flats
- Implement communication strategies to ensure seamless collaboration across stakeholders.
Property Management Excellence
- Oversee effective and compliant management of reactive, M&E, Soft FM, and building fabric works
- Ensure all services meet quality control standards and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and coordinate all works with supply chain partners for optimal efficiency
- Maintain immaculate housekeeping standards across all properties.
Relationship & Financial Management
- Foster strong relationships with third-party providers and housing administration agents
- Guide the team in optimizing financial processes including invoices, purchase orders, and utilities
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of information in JLL systems
- Implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
Experience & Skills
- Proven leadership experience in property management or related field
- Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is advantageous)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and systems management software
- Extensive experience working with landlords, estate agents, and customers
- Strong ability to coordinate planned and reactive services end-to-end
- Demonstrated experience managing works, subcontractors, and supply chain relationships
- In-depth understanding of tenancy agreements and housing administrations
- Valid driver's license.
