Provide leadership and support the development and implementation of S&HSE management systems and compliance programs at the Client sites.
Team with JLL Site Team to establish S&HSE performance goals and reviews performance against those goals.
Track and report S&HSE metrics and measure performance against key performance indicators. Establish necessary plans to meet or exceed key performance indicators.
Well verse will local laws and guidelines so as to advise the client when changes to the law is announce.
Ensure all Sustainability Data are tracked on a format that agreed with client.
Ensure all vendors are briefed and understand the requirement for the data and time to submit the information.
Ensure He/She is well-versed with the Technology platform and upload the data on a timely manner.
Familiar with key metrics for sustainability and able to provide the analysis on the variance.
For Health & Safety:
Direct the implementation of Health & Safety Committee suitable to the site’s needs.
Evaluate hazards on client sites for safety, health, and environmental risks.
Implement environmental, health and safety procedures and programs for Jones Lang LaSalle activities and monitors safety compliance to reduce risks.
Implement inspection programs and establishes regular inspection schedules.
Identify training requirements and coordinates training sessions for HSSE regulatory and Client training requirements.
Establish record management and retention policy. Ensures required records are kept available according regulatory and JLL requirements.
Audit adherence to HSSE policies and procedures.
Assist the JLL Site Team in the accident investigation and communication process including the identification of root causes. Implement training and tools necessary to ensures that reports on HSSE incidents and performance are submitted on a timely basis, and that corrective actions are taken.
