About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Workplace Delivery Coordinator to manage our Adelaide office operations. This is a key in-office role combining hands-on facilities management with a strong focus on client service and workplace experience. As the first point of contact for employees and senior stakeholders, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, efficient, and welcoming workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the on-site lead for all workplace and facilities operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the office.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all clients, vendors, and internal staff, including senior executives.
  • Oversee building maintenance, repairs, vendor management, and Landlord liasion.
  • Respond promptly to issues and emergencies, taking ownership and resolving them effectively.
  • Deliver an exceptional workplace experience by anticipating needs and going above and beyond.
  • Identify process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes from a facilities and experience standpoint.
  • Support event setups, meeting room coordination, and hospitality services.
  • Support with on-site car-parking issues.

About You:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in facilities management or similar role, ideally in a corporate office environment.
  • Strong customer service mindset with proven ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think on your feet, solve problems creatively, and work proactively.
  • Professional, approachable, and confident in managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with workplace management systems.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and a team player who takes initiative.
