Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Management:

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize property value and returns
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for property acquisition or disposition
• Oversee property maintenance and improvement projects

Financial Management:

• Prepare and manage property budgets
• Analyze financial performance of properties
• Develop financial forecasts and investment proposals

Client Relations:

• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, tenants, and stakeholders
• Negotiate and manage lease agreements
• Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly

Team Leadership:

• Manage and mentor property management teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Coordinate with various departments including legal, finance, and marketing

Market Analysis:

• Stay informed about real estate market trends and competition
• Conduct property valuations and market research
• Identify potential risks and opportunities in the market

Operational Efficiency:

• Implement and oversee property management systems and processes
• Ensure properties meet health, safety, and environmental standards
• Optimize operational costs while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in property management or real estate
• Strong understanding of real estate finance and investment principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
• Leadership experience and team management skills
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCIM, CPM) preferred
