We are seeking a talented and innovative Designer to join our team, specializing in commercial fitout projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, with specific experience in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and practical design solutions for various commercial spaces, including offices, retail stores, and other business environments
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, brand identity, and vision for their space
- Create detailed design concepts, including space planning, furniture layouts, lighting plans, and material selections
- Produce high-quality 2D and 3D renderings, mood boards, and other visual presentations to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and team members
- Work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure designs are feasible, compliant with building codes, and within budget
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints
- Stay current with industry trends, sustainable design practices, and innovative materials to incorporate into design solutions
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and monitor project progress during implementation
- Assist in the selection and procurement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E)
- Contribute to the development of design standards and best practices within the company
