We are currently seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Lead to join one of our client teams in our financial services sector. Reporting to the Finance Director, our Senior Financial Analyst will be a collaborative team member supporting core and cross-functional business analysis and metrics for the Account.

What this job involves:
- Detailed data analysis including Budget vs Actual spending and Forecast vs current trend spending for a Real Estate portfolio of 200 office sites.
- Demonstrated excellence working with Big Data, Power BI, Power Query and Power Pivot, and for retaining and referencing prior work and data sets to isolate and report on change over a period.
- Annual Budget planning preparation and development
- Monthly and Quarterly Report generation and analysis
- Assist leaders in researching and identifying Budget corrections and work with others to implement change
- Understanding the life cycle of a work order from the time of creation until completion, and the impact that changes to the work order will have financial results.
- Complete and support regular and ad-hoc reporting including informal and formal internal documents, reports, graphs, charts and presentations.
- Support team’s efforts to develop efficient reporting strategies including automation, simplification of reporting processes while preserving data integrity, and recurring analysis to identify errors or inconsistencies in large data sets.
- Maintain working knowledge of Master Services Agreement and any relevant amendments or appendices
- Organize and maintain team data collection, reporting and communication.
- Leverage on-Account resources to ensure client data absorption.
- Participate in the development and distribution of best practices, process documentation, and user support materials for reporting.
- Run day to day reporting and forecasting activities for the portfolio
- Analyze performance data to forecast/trend.
- Working cross functionally with other JLL Account Leaders and client Leadership.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- At least 4 years relevant experience
- Advanced MS Excel skills required
- Proficiency in computer-based accounting applications; experience with JD Edwards platforms a plus
- Demonstrated excellence working with Big Data, Power BI, Power Query and Power Pivot, and for retaining and referencing prior work and data sets to isolate and report on change over a period.
- Demonstrated financial competency at a detailed level of operation
- Ability to collaborate across many levels
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy and ability to make effective decisions and solve problems
- Strong organization, analytical, and coordination skills
- Advanced oral and written communication skills
- Excellent level of customer service skills
- Flexible and adaptable to tasks assigned
- Excellent interpersonal skills / interpersonal sensitivity
- Remote position, East Coast location preferred.
Estimated total compensation for this position:
94,000.00 – 115,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
