About the role:

• Providing strong leadership and direction for our Taiwan Account Management business with focus on Industry field.
• Leading, directing and growing a large business as part of the Taiwan Account Management Leadership Team
• Building on Jones Lang LaSalle’s dominant brand and market leading position in the industry

What this job involves:

• In-depth understanding of the engineering design and operation of office fit-out and infrastructure systems.
• Identify any threats to safety on the works and suggest mitigation and best practice.
• support the project manager responsible for end-to-end responsibility from planning to engineering handover and day-to-day field work problem solving in accordance with technical guidelines and requirements.
• Project coordination to ensure the schedule, resource coordination, technical issues resolutions and completion closed out.
• Work closely with the General Contractor in developing specific mechanical and electrical testing and commissioning plans.
• Identify early warnings and assist with Project Managers to monitor and suggest appropriate risk mitigation measures.
• Follow up and resolve with contractors & vendors for any delays in schedule that may directly or indirectly affect project milestones.
• Hold the contractor accountable to ensure QA/QC is being followed and they are providing and reporting any/all issues/gaps in a timely and productive manner.
• Ensure that the construction project is completed in accordance with the design drawings and schedule, and delivered to the customer in line with the construction quality

Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications

• Extensive experience in facilities management / project management / administration management / and general management
• Experience in industrial, data center, or semi-conduct manufacturing field is preferred.
• Strong leadership with proven business acumen and experience of successfully managing an international business.
