The Role:
You will serve as the face of the company, ensuring exceptional experiences for visitors and clients. This role combines customer service expertise and culture to provide personalised interactions. The As concierge you will beresponsible for greeting guests, managing check-ins, addressing inquiries, and coordinating various guest services to create a welcoming and impressive environment.

Duties
• Have knowledge and information on local services, attractions, entertainment, directional and transport and assist with general information and bookings.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with guests and customers.
• Act as the ambassador of customer service, promoting a five-star service ethos.
• Assessing and analysing all guest feedback.
• Responsibility for ensuring the overall state of the Conference Centre is to a high standard, including set ups, pack downs, audio visual and IT support, inspecting the facilities, food and drinks order, and reporting any issues or deficiencies to the Marketing & Customer Experience Manager.
• Administer and coordinate the conference centre booking system and respond to enquiries.
• Provide full Hotel style concierge and lifestyle services administration for the customers – including but not limited to; transport and travel arrangements, restaurant bookings, event bookings and tickets, dry cleaning and tailoring services, personal gift shopping and beauty treatments
• Maintain vigilance at all times reporting anything suspicious to Security.
• Ensure that all public areas within the main lobby areas are being maintained to the highest standards of housekeeping and maintenance and reporting any issues or deficiencies to the Cleaning Site Manager or Property Manager as appropriate.
• Maintain the highest standards of presentation, personal integrity and customer support.
• Assist and coordinate certain events as directed by Facilities Manager.
• Create and send electronic direct mail.
What you will bring:
Experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably in a corporate environment with strong interpersonal skills and a focus on creating positive client interactions is essential.
You can anticipate needs and provide proactive solutions in a fast-paced environment using discretion when handling confidential information.
You’ll have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, a secondary language would be desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with meeting room management systems is also required
