Role Purpose
We are looking for a Sales Manager, to join the Residential Department team, and build and lead a high-performance team in the Algarve market.

• Client, growth people-focused skills are a must for the candidate as they are key pillars of our global strategy;
• Hiring and retaining a team of top talented real estate consultants;
• Improving team performance through regular coaching and feedback and providing opportunities for company development and success;
• Ensures the growth of the property portfolio in Algarve, mainly in the premium areas;
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance;
• Maintains the highest possible client service quality. Adhering to all compliance requirements and the highest Global ethical standards;
• Working collaboratively with the Lisbon team and all other national and international teams.
