Job Description: Senior Analyst - Program and Analytics Support
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst - Program and Analytics Support to join our team and play a critical role in supporting strategic programs and initiatives. This role combines analytical rigor, reporting expertise, and operational coordination to ensure our programs run smoothly, insights are actionable, and stakeholders remain informed.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making, maintain project momentum, and enhance transparency through high-quality reporting and presentations.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insights
- Gather and interpret datasets from multiple sources to support business decision-making.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to inform program planning and performance management.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and provide recommendations to improve business outcomes.
- Translate complex data into clear, concise insights for various stakeholders.
Reporting & Visualization
- Maintain regular performance reports and dashboards (e.g., using Excel, Power BI).
- Ensure reporting is timely, relevant, and aligned with stakeholder requirements.
- Track program and project KPIs, milestones, and service levels across initiatives.
Program Coordination & Operational Support
- Support program and project managers by tracking deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Maintain program documentation including action logs, risk registers, and issue trackers.
- Facilitate follow-ups on outstanding tasks, ensuring timely completion by responsible parties.
- Contribute to program planning sessions, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Presentation & Communication Support
- Prepare professional-quality presentations and briefing materials for leadership and governance forums.
- Draft meeting minutes, status updates, and executive summaries for distribution.
- Ensure consistency and clarity in all documentation and communication materials.
Ad Hoc Support & Flexibility
- Provide responsive, flexible support on emerging priorities and special projects.
- Assist with data cleansing, systems updates, audit preparation, or stakeholder coordination as needed.
- Participate in cross-functional working groups or project teams on an as-needed basis.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- 2–4+ years’ experience in business analysis, operations support, or program/project coordination roles.
- Strong proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, formulas), PowerPoint.Bonus if familiar with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Solid understanding of project lifecycle, reporting best practices, and data governance principles.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and work independently.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; experience working with cross-functional teams is highly desirable.
