What this job involves:

As an Associate in our Office Agency team (Tenant Rep - Greater London & South East), you'll be at the forefront of shaping a brighter way for our clients in the dynamic commercial real estate market.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, leveraging JLL's global network and innovative resources to deliver exceptional results.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the South East office market
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants
• Prepare and present compelling property marketing materials and proposals
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions on behalf of clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive real estate solutions
• Participate in business development activities to generate new leads and opportunities
• Stay informed about local market conditions, regulations, and industry developments

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• MRICS (Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) qualification
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate, preferably in office agency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and real estate-specific software
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the South East region

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Real Estate or MBA
• Experience with financial modelling and investment analysis
• Knowledge of sustainable building practices and certifications
• Demonstrated track record of successful deal closures
• Experience with client relationship management (CRM) systems
