Job Title: Marketing Technologist, Product Owner

Experience: 8-12 years

Location: Gurugram

Position type: Full time

Timing: 1pm – 10pm (IST)

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Marketing Technology Product Owner to join our dynamic team. This role marketing and technology, requiring a unique blend of expertise in both domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning marketing technology from planning through implementation and ongoing

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

  • Lead the planning, development, and implementation of marketing technology solutions

  • Define and prioritize the product backlog for marketing area of focus

  • Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for martech solution areas

  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in the MarTech space

  • Evaluate and recommend new marketing technologies to improve effectiveness and efficiency

Technology Management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify marketing technology needs and opportunities in area of specialization

  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into user stories

  • Partner with JLL Dev team or vendors for sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint retrospectives as needed

  • Collaborate with development teams (JLL and Vendors) to ensure timely and high-quality feature delivery

  • Manage user roles, permissions, and licenses across the MarTech stack

  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulations and company policies

  • Collaborate with JLLT on API integrations and data flows

  • Create and monitor KPIs and usage reports

  • Manage relationships with vendors and technology partners

  • Stay up to date on product roadmaps and be a voice for JLL on ensuring our products continue to develop and evolve

Documentation & Training

  • Develop and maintain documentation for marketing technology systems and processes

  • Provide technical guidance and training on MarTech tools to marketing team members

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing technology roles

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies

  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, creative, and analytics tools

  • Experience with content management systems and digital asset management

  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications in marketing

  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong project management abilities

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Proficient in building out technical user stories for developers

Key Competencies:

  • Strategic thinking and ability to align technology solutions with marketing objectives

  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related technical field

  • Certifications in relevant marketing technologies or methodologies (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Agile)

  • Experience with API integrations and basic programming skills

  • Knowledge of marketing attribution models and measurement frameworks
