JLL's UAEN Graduate Program in Property & Asset Management is designed to provide recent graduates with a comprehensive introduction to the dynamic world of real estate management. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing diverse property portfolios while developing essential skills for a successful career in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day management of commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties
- Support property inspections and maintenance schedules
- Help prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Collaborate with various teams including leasing, facilities management, and project management
- Participate in client meetings and presentations
- Contribute to the development and implementation of asset management strategies
- Assist in lease administration and tenant relations
- Support sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives within managed properties
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Passion for the real estate industry and eagerness to learn
