Role Purpose
Reporting daily to the Sr. Program Manager or Program Manager, the role of Assistant Program Manager has been created to assist in all and any areas to ensure that the program services to GREF and the customer run smoothly.
What this job involves
- Collaborate with Program Manager in imagining and implementing new and creative opportunities to enhance and expand the program
- Track and document key metrics, customer success measures and goals for improvement related to programming, maintenance and events
- Manage program coordinator(s) day to day calendar management, weekly communications, lab oversite support and customer experience
- Support Program Manager with outreach to create awareness and increase employee participation
- Support Program Manager and Program Coordinators with scheduling and coordination of events including setup, teardown and staffing
- Utilize shared file systems and document storage in accordance with JLL and GREF direction
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) as needed to preserve standardized methodology to support Global scaling
- Execute & drive program management

Sounds like you? To apply you need to be / have:
- Five (5) or more years of lab, studio or facility experience
- Five (5) or more years of program experience (preferably in community engagement, art education and/or hospitality)
- Business acumen with understanding of corporate infrastructure and systems management
- Graphic design experience utilizing Adobe Suite and/or Mac equipment
- Budgetary experience required
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Previous experience of working within a high-profile corporate environment
- Pro-active and hands on – happy to support other Team members
- Knowledge of Facilities Management processes preferable
- IT Skills, Outlook, Excel, Word.
- Professional, friendly and welcoming attitude
- Ability to show initiative
Estimated total compensation for this position:
70,900.00 – 102,700.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
