We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Facilities Coordinator to join our team in our technology division. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in being the face of our operations with the client workspace and maintaining/optimizing our workspace environment, ensuring smooth operations across various business units, and coordinating facility-related tasks and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Space Management:
    • Collaborate with different business units to assess and maintain the satisfactory status of various spaces, including conference rooms and work areas.
    • Implement and manage space allocation strategies to maximize efficiency and employee satisfaction.
    • Regularly evaluate space utilization.
    • Provide support for meetings and conference room reservations as needed and directed
  • Event Coordination:
    • Work closely with internal teams to schedule and coordinate event setups.
    • Ensure all necessary resources and equipment are in place for successful event execution.
    • Oversee event logistics, troubleshoot any issues that arise and provide recommendations for future events.
  • Facility Audits:
    • Conduct regular building audits to identify areas needing maintenance or improvement.
    • Document findings and create action plans to address issues.
    • Follow up on audit results to ensure timely resolution of identified problems.
  • General Facility Tasks:
    • Manage day-to-day facility operations, including coordinating with maintenance staff and external vendors.
    • Oversee inventory of office supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
    • Respond to and resolve facility-related inquiries and requests from employees.

  • Strong organizational skills and collaborative style
  • Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision
