We currently have an excellent opportunity to join our HR Team in Frankfurt as
HR Business Partner (m/f/d).
Your tasks:
- Partner with leaders across Global and EMEA Work Dynamics Accounts, leading all lifecycle activities including Goal Setting, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Year-End & Compensation Planning. Provide coaching, training, and advisory support to business stakeholders
- Direct, and matrix, leadership of People Experience Partners supporting a global Life Sciences account
- Communicate a clear, accurate understanding of HR analytics (e.g., global engagement survey, succession bench metrics, turnover, demographics) to the business and provides insights and strategic direction on how to use them to grow the business, deliver results and drive continuous HR improvement
- Lead transition, expansion and stabilisation of new business activity across your stakeholder group, engaging with local HR and CoE’s to successfully onboard employees
- Enhance employee experience during key moments in the employee lifecycle
- Develop innovative solutions for anticipated opportunities or issues
- Accountable for Employee Relations cases across your stakeholder group, collaborating with the ER CoE and local HR teams where appropriate, reducing commercial and reputational risk to the business
- Balance business needs, company requirements, and protect the interests of the organization while advocating for employee interests, in service of creating a culture where employees and leaders reflect and live our JLL Values
- Position yourself as a credible champion who embodies the JLL culture and values in all interactions
- Lead or participate in projects impacting business results
Your profile:
- Highly experienced in client-focused HR generalist role across multiple markets
- Experience of delivering HR and Operational activity within a matrix organization
- Energy and passion about human resources and advancing talent
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity – Can navigate through a complex, multi-faceted organization with multiple stakeholders
- A track record and reputation as a trusted advisor and someone who can influence business leaders and the strategic direction of the organization
- Strong analytics, business, and financial acumen
- Strong commercial acumen, a client focus and be able to support the organization to drive new business
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, who is comfortable communicating with HR and Business leaders at all levels
- Solution oriented mindset and a creative problem solver who can operate in a sometimes resource constrained environment
- Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and proactively identify and resolve issues as they arise
