Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise and/or execute the creation, updating, and/or unblocking of suppliers in various JLL and client systems.
- Search, evaluate, and follow up on supplier proposals for the following systems:
- Hard Services (HVAC, electrical, DTI/PCI, hydro-sanitary, control and automation, vertical transportation, WWTP, industrial kitchen equipment, drinking water supply, fire protection systems).
- Soft Services (cleaning, landscaping, pest control, confidential paper destruction, property maintenance) food services, security, meeting room management, courier services).
- Projects (architecture, civil construction, furniture, equipment, project management, consultancy).
- Strategic negotiation to optimize costs for current or new services.
- Meet established SLAs.
- Serve as a commercial liaison between service requesters (from JLL) and suppliers (manage daily issues and relationships).
- Ensure compliance with JLL Policies and Procedures, Client Internal Controls.
- Analysis and execution of the annual Sourcing Plan for the assigned account.
- Preparation, execution, and presentation of commercial exercises (RFIs, RFQs, or RFPs).
- Know and achieve 100% of the savings objectives and/or avoided costs according to the contract or project of the assigned account.
- Achieve >950% compliance in Contracts and COIs.
- -f there is no Contract Analyst, be responsible for the preparation, management, and negotiation of contracts, along with COI compliance.
- -f in charge of a Procurement Analyst, supervise the process of creating POs, invoicing, delivery, and payment.
- Evaluation of strategic suppliers in conjunction with the account team (Scorecards).
- Obtaining assigned annual No Debt Letters.
- Drive the initiatives and objectives of the area, as well as the metrics to be met during the year.
- Promote JLL's Diversity and Inclusion policy within their management.
- Work together with the operations area to address conflicts, opportunities, negotiations, among others, with both suppliers and end clients, keeping track in the corresponding sourcing tracker.
- Meetings with internal and end clients to address and follow up on specific requirements and current needs.
- Management of the assigned S&P team.
- Support to respond to any internal or external audit on area procedures.

Academic Level
- Completed Bachelor's degree
Further Training
- Desirable: Diplomas in Purchasing and Effective Negotiations
Experience
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role
Other
- Intermediate-Advanced English
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with purchasing platforms
