About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated UAE National Graduate Strategic Consultant to join our dynamic consulting team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to launch their career in strategic consulting, with a focus on the UAE and KSA markets. As a Graduate Strategic Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our consulting team on various client assignments, contributing to market research, financial analysis, and strategic initiatives. This position is designed to provide a strong foundation for your career in strategic consulting within the real estate industry.

What this job involves

• Assist the consulting team on client assignments, including market research, financial analysis, report writing, and presentation preparation.

• Participate in internal and external meetings.

• Contribute to client pitches, presentations, and proposals.

• Support business development and marketing initiatives.

• Produce clear, succinct write-ups on market trends for corporate research reports and consultancy assignments.

• Report to the Head of Consulting and respective assignment leads.

• Travel within the Middle East & North Africa region as required for assignments.

Desired skills and experience

• UAE National.

• Relevant degree in finance, economics, business, or real estate preferred.

• 1-3 years' experience in market research, real estate, or financial analysis preferred.

• Strong analytical background with attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Ability to meet deadlines, even under demanding timeframes.

• First-class team player with strong relationship-building skills.

• Clear communicator with strong presentation abilities.

• Proficient report writing skills using MS Word.

• Ability to prepare succinct PowerPoint presentations.

• Excellent understanding of MS Excel and financial modeling.
