Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all relocation project activities on account and/or projects assigned
- Manage directly RPM staff, and delegate responsibilities and oversee work on multiple projects of varying complexity
- Monitor team performance metrics and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and quality
- Strong knowledge of relocation processes and best practices
- Develop and implement strategies to improve relocation processes and enhance client experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with project team and business units to ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers
- Prepare and present reports on team performance and relocation program outcomes
- Contribute to the development of new relocation policies and service offerings
- Ensure playbook & SOPs are in place and updated
Project Management Skills:
- Oversee the planning, scheduling and implementation of project scope
- Proactively manage project-related issues on account or assignment
- Ensure JLL best practices and policies are being followed
- Provide leadership and guidance in the area of service delivery quality and monitor quality results
- Participate in select planning meetings hosted by the client, JLL teams and other key stakeholders
- Review project goals and objectives, making changes where necessary to ensure desired project results
- Review project status and tracking reports, process purchase orders and invoices for due diligence and financials
- Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Oversee the procurement of all necessary vendors and outside labor
- Ensure performance of data input into the CAFM system to maintain occupancy information
- Develop and deliver required project specific reporting
- Oversee the work orders and small project management, including but not limited to furniture reconfigurations and space enhancements
- Ensure the coordination with various service providers
- Oversee meetings to review furniture installation schedules with furniture installation vendors and key stakeholders
- Manage the furniture plan and budget through collaboration with the relocation manager, facility manager, project manager and construction manager as required
- Supervise delivery of product, off-loading and staging of product for delivery
- Oversee the furniture installation and relocation services of new or reuse furniture
Experience:
- Proficient in a CAD/CAFM technology with a move management module and/or facilities management system
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong Microsoft Projects skills
- Ability to utilize the Microsoft Office suite of technologies
- Background in project management, construction management, architecture or project strategy planning is desirable
- Organizational skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed
- Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently
- Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage all aspects of move management projects effectively and efficiently including, but not limited to Budgeting, Scheduling and Change orders
- Previous experience effectively supervising, training, mentoring and evaluating direct reports
- 5+ years in relocation project management, MAC, project management, facilities management, or related experience in a Corporate Real Estate Environment
- 2+ years as a Senior Relocation Manager or related experience
Required on site 3 days per week
Travel required up to 30%
