What this job involves
- Work on tickets to support Property Assets and Management - Business Support functions in JLL. Coordinate with Level 2 team for high level support as required. Deliver options and resolutions to ensure issues associated with the system are settled within agreed service levels.
- Manages system database and related records
(run report, run query statement for data analysis, mitigate report/database issues, assist Account Managers, Finance team and Property Managers to review accuracy of record in system, update tables as necessary).
Projects on time deliverables and executing systems check. - Administrate System User’s basic access and issues.
- Assists with system upgrades,
enhancement, and script testing as required. - Work with Property Assets and Management - Business Support to implement standards and up to date
functions of the system. - Ensure all policies and business support procedures are kept up to date
(process guide, user guides and training resources)
and conduct back up training. - Implement Process improvements.

- Well-developed internal consulting skills, displaying strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and negotiation ability
- Financial background is an advantage
(accounts payable and accounts receivable), accounting background (CPA not required) - Confident communicator with good presentation skills
KEY SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer studies, Information Technology or relevant field.
- SQL knowledge at least basic to intermediate proficiency
- MRI software experience: understanding core MRI software functionality, database structure and other
related database schema experience is desirable. - Analytical with good visualization and data analytics literacy with the ability to expand these skills as necessary.
- Professional and personable approach with the ability to manage communications with numerous business groups
