We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager/Senior Manager to join our Office Leasing Advisory team.

The role will focus on managing our client account while also generating additional revenue through other clients and projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate, particularly in office leasing, with the ability to work across multiple sectors including office, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the client account across multiple real estate sectors, leveraging the retainer as a foundation for further growth.
• Actively pursue and close office leasing transactions with other clients to meet team revenue targets beyond the client account.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for client and other key accounts.
• Lead business development initiatives to acquire new clients and expand our market share
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities across various sectors
• Negotiate complex lease agreements for clients
• Collaborate with internal teams for comprehensive client solutions
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance overall performance
• Represent JLL at industry events and networking opportunities
• Ensure compliance with JLL policies and standards across all activities
  

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of commercial real estate experience, focusing on office leasing
• Proven track record in meeting revenue targets and growing client accounts
• Strong understanding of the Philippine real estate market across multiple sectors
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and business development skills
• Leadership experience and team development capabilities

Performance Expectations:

• Ability to generate fees beyond the client retainer
• Contribute to overall team profitability
