As a Space Data Analyst, you will work collaboratively within the space data program to provide CAFM/IWMS database support, reporting, and data maintenance. You will assist in conducting space data and headcount audits, reporting, data corrections, and other adhoc data activities. You will need to have the ability to understand data and how the information is used by other Space Management team members for occupancy planning and relocation project management.

Key responsibilities include:

As a Space Data Analyst, you will play an important role in ensuring the quality and reliability of workplace data across our portfolio. You will grow into a subject matter expert by continuously learning and proactively engaging with diverse teams. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working with data, and contributing to meaningful changes. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to ensure our data is accurate, actionable, and aligned with business goals.

To be successful in this role, you should have an analytical mindset, with the ability to ask the right questions to understand space data needs. You will be responsible for conducting data audits, correcting data errors, running reports, updating templates, and performing ad hoc data support as required. The data program scope requires the data analyst team members to:

  • Conduct audits to identify and reconcile discrepancies in space data

  • Collaborate with teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of information

  • Follow established procedures to maintain data consistency

  • Learn to analyze trends and provide actionable insights

  • Work with cross-functional teams to collect and organize data with the ability to report findings clearly

  • You’ll be effective in your role by learning to ask the right questions to understand the underlying needs of our clients.

  • Contribute new ideas and assist senior team members in the development of new data audits and reports, as well as identify areas to improve processes and make recommendations for efficiency gains

  • Support regular reporting and process improvements

  • Provide recurring monthly and quarterly data reports and audit summaries to support KPI tracking and operational goals.

  • Build strong professional relationships with regional and global teams to support local portfolio knowledge and shared goals.

To apply you need to be / have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree and experience with CAFM systems is desired, with a strong preference for candidates familiar with TRIRIGA or similar platforms such as Archibus, Serraview, or iOffice.

  • Previous experience in space and occupancy planning is highly valued and will support your success in this role.

  • You should have intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including the ability to write nested functions, create pivot tables, and generate insightful charts.

  • Exceptional attention to detail is essential, as data accuracy is a critical aspect of this position.

  • Strong skills in data validation, auditing, and organization will help you quickly identify and resolve data quality issues and application discrepancies.

  • You should be enthusiastic about working with large data sets and have a keen interest in investigating and resolving data-related issues.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are key, as is the ability to manage your time, prioritize tasks, and work independently to meet deadlines.

  • Intermediate analytical and problem-solving abilities are a must, along with a self-starting, motivated attitude.

  • Flexibility and the ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment will set you apart.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

65,000.00 – 85,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
