We are seeking an experienced and innovative Manager to join and lead our Sales Operations team in Costa Rica.

The ideal candidate will lead our operational efforts, driving efficiency, implementing cutting-edge technologies, and optimizing our knowledge, proposal and data management processes. This role is crucial in enhancing and growing our Sales Operations team in Costa Rica.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement: Analyze current operational processes and identify areas for improvement Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows and increase efficiency Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the consulting practice
  • Technology Enablement: Spearhead the adoption of new technologies to enhance consulting operations Oversee the implementation and roll-out of tech solutions Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems
  • Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain a robust knowledge management system Facilitate knowledge sharing across teams and departments Implement best practices for capturing, storing, and disseminating valuable insights
  • Data Management: Establish data governance policies and procedures Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of key performance metrics Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Team Leadership Manage a team of operations professionals Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning
  • Client Delivery: Ensure operational excellence in client project delivery Develop and implement standardized methodologies and tools Monitor project performance and client satisfaction
  • Stakeholder Management Work and coordinate with stakeholders across team to manage projects and pipeline Set-up and provide appropriate reporting to the stakeholders to help them understand team availability and bandwidth Strategically align with stakeholders for growth and efficiency opportunities
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the overall strategy of the sales operations team Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of services Collaborate with other leadership team members to align operations with business goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred

• 9+ years of experience in sales operations, proposal management, project management, preferably in professional services

• Proven track record in implementing process improvements and technology solutions

• Strong understanding of knowledge management principles and data governance

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans

• Experience with project management methodologies and tools

• Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics
