Analyst, Portfolio Analytics
Work Dynamics

Portfolio Strategy supports the Client in making strategic decisions regarding their real estate portfolio. The Analyst will primarily be responsible for conducting financial analysis and portfolio strategy analysis to support strategy documents. They will also develop Excel-based tools for workspace management and provide occupancy planning data. Additionally, the Analyst will aid in the development of new reports and processes for both the team and the client.

What this job involves:

• Supporting the Client to shape their RE/portfolio strategy
• Developing Excel-based tools to manage workspaces and provide occupancy planning data
• Data analytics incl. occupancy supply vs demand analysis
• Undertaking financial analysis to support key strategic decisions, including cashflow and P&L modelling
• Developing new tools, processes and reports to ensure we constantly improve our analysis, data process, reporting and deliverables to the Client
• Preparing Client-facing documentation, including Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations with analyses summary, key findings and recommendations
• Coordination of key projects incl. data gathering, analytics and visualisation
• Promote and enable the import and export of best practices to and from the account and link the account to emerging practices in the industry and the data fields
• Provide consistent delivery & format of recurring reports
• Receiving, cleansing, processing of quantitative data through existing and new applications
• Modelling, analysis and compilation of quantitative data
• Identify trends within the various data outputs
• Involvement in the development of automated tools and dashboards with JLLT team to provide real-time insights to business data
• Participate in the development of data analysis and interpretation skills in the account team
• Perform regular audits of floorplans and capacity data

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Excel and PPT
• Real Estate / Finance / Economics background
• Organizational skills
• Analytical, visualization and presentation skills
• Result oriented
• Able to work independently
• Detail oriented and process driven
• Background in data processes, report management & mapping
• Experience of data and statistical applications including PowerBI, Excel
• Knowledge of Tableau and Alteryx is beneficial
