Role overview: This role will serve as a key partner to People Partners and Business Leaders, acting as an internal consultant on JLL's strategic HR priorities. The position focuses on leading HR analytics efforts to drive data-based decision making, managing HR projects related to analytics and innovation, and presenting findings to HR and business leadership. The ideal candidate will activate and lead cross-functional teams, using influence and analytical thinking to generate solutions and data-driven stories.

Key responsibilities:

Business acumen:

  • Deeply understand core principles and strategies of supported business areas
  • Connect HR strategy to business outcomes
  • Navigate conversations with senior leaders and executives

Consulting and analytics:

  • Serve as a People Data and Analytics subject matter expert
  • Develop analytical reports providing actionable insights for business challenges
  • Stay informed on HR trends and identify opportunities for JLL to adopt leading practices

Project management:

  • Lead HR analytics and innovation projects
  • Oversee deliverables, identify risks, and measure project impacts

Leadership:

  • Build and advance projects independently
  • Communicate effectively through data visualizations, storytelling, and presentations
  • Cultivate collaborative relationships to enact organizational change

Problem solving:

  • Provide clear, quantified recommendations through hypothesis testing and creative storytelling
  • Operate with a continuous-transformation mindset

Required skills and experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in project management or consulting
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (HR, Business, Data Science, etc.)
  • Experience in HR consulting and leading analytics/innovation workstreams

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical, project management, and communication skills to drive HR innovation and data-based decision making across the organization.
