As a Senior Projects Director in the Project and Development team at JLL, you'll be at the forefront of shaping a brighter future for our clients, ourselves, and our fellow employees. You'll take ownership of high-impact M&E projects, including end-of-life projects, infrastructure upgrades, and UPS upgrades, while also providing crucial oversight for smaller minor and FM projects. This role offers you the opportunity to build and lead a dynamic team in Bangalore, fostering a collaborative culture that empowers everyone to thrive. You'll work closely with key stakeholders, including client appointed person, to ensure seamless project delivery and governance. What your day-to-day will look like:

• Lead and manage complex M&E projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
• Provide oversight and governance for smaller minor and FM projects executed by FM teams
• Build and nurture a small, high-performing team in Bangalore, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
• Support Client appointed person and provide holiday cover as needed, ensuring continuity of operations
• Develop and implement innovative project strategies aligned with client objectives and JLL's global standards
• Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement
• Identify and mitigate risks, implementing effective solutions to ensure project success

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in managing complex M&E projects
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and team leadership
• Strong understanding of infrastructure upgrades, UPS systems, and end-of-life projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in M&E projects

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a relevant field or MBA
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED AP)
• Experience with sustainable design and green building practices in M&E projects
• Knowledge of emerging technologies in building systems and infrastructure
• Global project experience, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and implement new methodologies in project management
• Experience in mentoring and developing junior team members
