Pay: $70900 - $90000 / year (paid hourly)
Schedule: M - F; on-site

Our Business Management Office (BMO) team is comprised of business management professionals with extensive industry experience, based around the world.
The BMO Continuous Improvement Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence through data management and process enhancement initiatives. This entry-level position offers an exceptional opportunity to build foundational skills while contributing to meaningful organizational improvements. Working under the guidance of experienced professionals, you'll help maintain and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), support process standardization efforts, and assist in the development of vital business documentation.
In this dynamic learning environment, you'll receive regular mentorship while supporting the BMO's mission through data-driven insights and process improvements. The role offers a structured path for professional development and serves as an ideal launching pad for a career in business operations. You'll develop essential skills in data analysis, process documentation, and cross-functional communication while contributing to the organization's continuous improvement journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Reports to the Continuous Improvement Program Manager
- Contribute to and support process standardization and alignment initiatives
- Maintain comprehensive process and program documentation
- Assist in gathering and analyzing feedback on implemented programs, tools, and processes
- Coordinate communication regarding new initiatives and tool implementations
- Support the development and distribution of training materials for programs, tools, and processes
- Assist with data collection and analysis for program and tool effectiveness
- Maintain tracking systems for operational alignment, documentation, and tool management initiatives
- Support the creation and distribution of tool usage reports
- Maintain records of software licenses and utilization
- Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ year college degree or equivalent work experience
- 0-2 years' experience in administrative support
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work under supervision and follow established procedures
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance
- Familiarity with operational excellence methodologies
- Basic experience in documentation maintenance
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures in business management
- Ability to make decisions within specific guidelines on matters of basic complexity and impact
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in process improvement
- 2-4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with meeting planning or corporate business travel programs
- Basic experience with project management technology (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Jira or equivalent)
- Basic experience creating process flows in diagramming software (e.g., Visio)
- Ability to communicate with various levels of stakeholders under supervision
Expectations
- Must comply with Amazon’s return to office policy of being in the office 5 days a week.
Estimated total compensation for this position:
70,900.00 – 102,700.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
