- Responsible for Workplace Experience & Operation (WE&O)
- Manage all special internal and external events
- Represent XA- Experience Ambassador
- Keep record and monthly report Customer Experience (CX) Regional team
- Support WE&O Services Management
- Clearly document all corporate phone usage fee, roaming cost and recorded
- Review all Fixed Asset for HSBC Thailand
- Support Health Safety Management
- Support ESG Initiatives and Activities
- Support Financial Operations Management – Fusion system
- Review all Operations Expenses in HSBC building.
- Monitor all Fusion system, ensure that requested approved on times.
- Clearly document all CAPEX projects expenses
- Support WE&O Team
- Assist with any other duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager or Client on a “need be” basis.
- Ensure general administrative activities are under control and conducted in a timely and efficient manner
- Substitution for any other positions in case of emergency
