The service should provide end to end project management services for the delivery of all the projects within the program scope of works:

•Host project team meetings and all other meetings necessary to progress the project through site plan, design, commissioning, handover and project closeout at each site

•Plan, conduct and analyze audits at all locations to finalize project scope per site

•Work with Global Program Manager to propose budget and schedule for each site, adhere to program governance process to request funds are allocated

•Develop and implement procurement plan for the services and products for each region/ site deployment

•Coordinate design process for each unit at each location

•Coordinate the commissioning of each project between local facilities management and the project team (design team, change management, commissioning team, logistics, cabling, networking team etc)

•Ensure communications plan meets needs of site and business team are given ample time to rearrange meetings, ensure no disruption to client engagements

•Plan for removal of units in accordance with Cisco sustainability goals

•Progress and cost reporting, managing risk and action logs, ongoing reporting (using Cisco preferred software)

•Requesting Purchase Orders, approving invoices and change management

•Manage the project within the affordability constraints from appointment through to project closeout

•Update standard plan for site deployment with each site that is visited, holding continuous improvement sessions and ensuring all global PMs attend.

•Partner with FM for patch and paint services where needed in room

•Cabling – power and data

•Procurement 3rd party materials for video tech e.g. monitors

•Commissioning team

•Procurement of any items as determined by audit to ensure room is ready for the upgraded video units
