Our Project & Development Services (PDS) business line, has a key role in managing and delivering many capital works projects across the country. As a result of ongoing work we are currently seeking experienced professionals to support the project team for a data center project in Southern Taiwan.

Job Descriptions:
- Assist the regional Quality & Commissioning Program Manager and Data Center Services team (DCS) to manage the entire Commissioning Authority (CxA) selection process, from initial identification to final contracting. This includes developing RFP packages, shortlisting vendors, coordinating with the Strategic Sourcing Team, making selection recommendations, and assisting in the preparation of Scope of Works in the contract execution process.
- Participate in project and commissioning kick-off meetings, and facilitate the Commissioning Authority's (CxA) project setup by providing necessary documents, equipment access, and software permissions in collaboration with DCS. Ensure proper organization of quality and commissioning documentation on shared platforms, while offering continuous support and guidance to the CxA throughout regional project lifecycles.
- The candidate will work hybrid (JLL Office, Work from Home, and Client Data Centre Campus). You may need to visit the other sites in the region based on team and project requirements
- Ensure timely submission and review of CxA reports in BIM360/Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), organize CxA performance reviews, and conduct stakeholder surveys for annual feedback sessions.
- Provide monthly project status updates to the DCS team, highlighting L2-3 tag completion status, open priority status issues, and recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor Commissioning (Cx) L1-4 tag completion dates, update program-level dashboards, participate in project meetings, and maintain accurate QCx data for monthly reports.
- Review and validate the CxA’s Project Cx schedule, ensuring alignment with key milestones, tag completion dates, and resource requirements for L1-5 testing. Monitor schedule updates, track slip bugs and their impact, and act as a point of escalation for project-level issues, risks, and potential delays that may affect Facility Ready (FR) status.
- Participate in quality inspections, site walks, and review processes for L1-5 tag checklists and scripts, while assisting DCS in the FR Checklist process to verify key deliverables and achieve stakeholder acceptance.
- Assist DCS in the evaluation of Cx change orders by reviewing Cx change order proposals and participating in meetings to align on final change order scope, hours and budget.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Quality and Commissioning (QCx) process by providing feedback on program-level templates, participating in project lessons learned sessions, and engaging in research and pilot initiatives for new tools and techniques.
- Manage the Significant Quality Event (SQE) program, implement global QCx initiatives in APAC projects, lead annual CxA workshops, and distribute the APAC QCx Monthly Newsletter to keep stakeholders informed of program and project updates.
- Serve as the primary administrator and reference point for BIM360/ACC Build, ensuring proper training, usage, and compliance across all stakeholders, while validating the accurate loading and completion of required tagging checklists within the tool.
- Oversee the submission of closeout deliverables, capture and transfer lessons learned, and participate in project closeout meetings to ensure compliance with document control requirements and improve future regional projects.
Candidates requirements:
Fluent in written and spoken English
Must be able to work in a fast-track environment
Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills
Strong Project and/or Programme Management experience
Organized, logical and pragmatic approach to problem solving
High attention to detail and proactiveness
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a related field, with experience in construction management and data center is preferred
Willingness to travel (up to 25%)
